1. Project Background
The most common problems encountered by the majority of current Self-Service Meal Machines are materials shortages and machine faults. Typically, the machine service personnel do not resolve the problems in a timely manner, thus it disrupts the machines operations and affects the quality of service offered.
So how do we effectively manage a Self-Service Meal Machine? Xiamen Four-Faith Company made a proposal based on using our industrial grade 4G/3G wireless routers. Under the proposal, each Meal Machine is a networking terminal and through wireless networking the terminal operator of the machines can monitor the status of each in real-time. The terminal operator can also adjust the supply chain and provide electronic advertisements on board the machines at any time.

2. Network Topology Architecture
The system provides the wireless transmission network for the Self-Service Meal Machines through the 4G/3G industrial router F3X26 produced by our company. This allows for the machines and users of different back-end platforms to connect together. The system has three main parts that include: a front-end Self-Service Meal Machine, the Four-Faith wireless transmission equipment and the cloud management platform.

3. System Composition

3.1 Front-End Equipment

The Self-Service Meal Machine front-end includes: the POS machine, the Self-Service machine itself, cameras and smoke alarms.

3.2 Wireless Transmission Equipment

The F3A26 industrial grade wireless router by Xiamen Four-Faith company is the appropriate device for solving the issue of long range wireless communication networks, the router provides a stable and reliable solution.
The Four-Faith full network wireless router uses an industrial grade design, intelligent anti-disconnection features and an always-online design. All these features ensure the normal and efficient operation of the wireless networking system.

3.3 Cloud Management Platform

With the cloud management platform, machines located in different locations can all the managed in real-time and simultaneously by the terminal operator. The operator can perform functions such as: remote parameter configuration, updates, maintenance and management. The operator can also use a mobile app to access the client, controlling the machines anywhere and anytime.
